Founding

Aviation pioneer Gunther Eheim establishes the charter and executive airline, Contact Air.

Technical Site

A new technical site is established at the Airport of Saarbrücken, featuring a modern maintenance hangar, workshops, warehouses, and offices.

Expansion

The first of many ATR 42-500 aircraft is acquired. Simultaneously, the Fokker fleet is marketed globally.

Independence

The maintenance operation, today's Contact Air Technik, is founded and has since then been operating as a fully independent MRO facility.

Expertise

Contact Air Technik receives approval for maintaining the Bombardier Dash 8Q-400.

Merger

The RAS Group acquired Contact Air Technik GmbH to consolidate their resources and expertise in the market.
